Whole Transactions Law Firm is a Minnesota based firm that concentrates on wills and trusts, tax planning, and asset protection. Our goal is to evaluate the client as a whole by examining current assets, family dynamics, and financial goals in the setting of the current economic landscape. We use this information to craft an effective strategy and to draft the proper estate planning documents. 

The firm is owned and operated by attorney Trieu Ho. Trieu began his legal career at a law and accounting firm where he focused on estate planning and income, gift, and estate tax. Trieu then transitioned to larger firms to focus on corporate tax and mergers and acquisitions. Trieu's diverse professional interactions have given him the requisite knowledge and skills to effectively analyze and resolve complex legal issues. 

The name "Whole Transactions Law Firm" is an acknowledgement of Trieu's Vietnamese background, as Ho-Tran is Trieu's parents' surname. Trieu immigrated to America with his parents and older siblings when he was two years old. In search of opportunity, and a profession in which he could make an impact, Trieu decided to become an attorney with a focus on estate planning.
